A workshop series for teens exploring who they are, what they value, and how to build a life that feels genuinely theirs — beyond social media noise, peer pressure, and others' expectations.
Parenting the Anxious Child
A small group for parents of anxious, sensitive, or struggling children — to learn, share, and find each other in the work of raising kids who feel everything deeply.
OCD & Anxiety Group
A therapeutic group for teens and young adults living with OCD and anxiety — to practice ERP skills, build community, and realize they are not alone.
Strengthening Family Bonds
An experiential workshop for families to deepen understanding, repair ruptures, and build the kind of connection that helps every member thrive.
A Place to Belong
A week-long therapeutic summer camp for children and teens — exploring identity, attachment, communication, creativity, service, and personal growth by the California coast.
