Where my training and heart meet.

I am passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, grief, depression, and trauma while building a life that feels meaningful, aligned with their values, and true to who they are.

OCD & Anxiety

You might be living with thoughts that won't let go, rituals that take over your day, or anxiety that shows up as physical tension, avoidance, or constant worry. OCD and anxiety can be exhausting, isolating, and deeply misunderstood.

Using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help you face fear without being ruled by it — building tolerance, flexibility, and trust in yourself.

You don't have to live at the mercy of your thoughts. Relief is possible.

02

Trauma Recovery

Trauma can look different for everyone — sometimes it's a single overwhelming event, sometimes the slow accumulation of experiences that left you feeling unsafe, unseen, or unworthy. You may notice it in your body, in your relationships, in patterns that feel impossible to change.

Drawing from Trauma-Focused CBT and EMDR-informed approaches, we work to gently process painful experiences so they no longer shape your present. Healing from trauma is about helping your nervous system find safety.

What happened to you is not who you are. Healing is possible.

03

EMDR Therapy

Some experiences feel stuck — you've talked about them, understood them intellectually, and yet something in your body or your reactions hasn't changed. That's often where EMDR can help.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research-supported therapy that helps the brain process and integrate difficult memories through guided bilateral stimulation — reducing their emotional charge.

Healing doesn't always have to start with words. Sometimes the body knows the way.

04

Children & Teens

Growing up is harder than it used to be. Children and teens face pressures around identity, belonging, social media, academic performance, and family dynamics — often without the language or perspective to make sense of what they're feeling.

I love working with younger clients. Sessions are developmentally attuned — sometimes playful, always taking the young person seriously as the expert on their own experience. I work collaboratively with parents when appropriate.

Young people are incredibly resilient. With the right support, growth happens faster than you'd expect.

05

Young Adults

Young adulthood is one of life's most exciting — and most disorienting — seasons. Questions about identity, career, relationships, and independence can feel overwhelming when you're also managing anxiety, past wounds, or others' expectations.

I meet young adults where they are — with curiosity, authenticity, and zero judgment. We'll clarify your values, understand your patterns, build confidence, and create a life that feels like yours.

You're not behind. You're becoming — and that takes time and support.

06

Parenting Support

Parenting a child who is anxious, struggling, or experiencing emotional difficulties can feel overwhelming. You may be second-guessing yourself, exhausted from navigating meltdowns, or searching for ways to connect with a child who seems to be pushing you away.

I support parents in understanding their child's nervous system, communicating with attunement, setting limits with compassion, and staying regulated themselves. Parenting support is available whether or not your child is also in therapy with me.

You are not failing. You are learning — and that's exactly what your child needs to see.

07

Family Relationships

Family relationships hold some of our deepest joys — and our deepest wounds. Patterns of communication, unspoken expectations, generational legacies, and moments of disconnection can leave family members feeling unseen or alone even in each other's company.

Drawing from family systems theory and attachment-informed approaches, we explore the patterns that shape how your family relates — and work toward communication, repair, and deeper connection.

Families can heal. And when they do, the ripple effects are profound.

08

Grief & Loss

Grief is not just about death — it's the loss of a relationship, a dream, a role, a version of yourself, or a future you had imagined. Grief can show up as sadness, numbness, anger, relief, or a complicated mix of all of these.

I provide a gentle, unhurried space to grieve — at your own pace, on your own terms. There's no timeline for healing, and there's no right way to grieve. We'll honor your loss while slowly, carefully finding your footing again.

Grief is the price of love. And love — even in loss — endures.

09

Life Transitions

Major life changes — a new job, a move, a relationship shift, becoming a parent, an empty nest, a health diagnosis — can shake even the most grounded person. The in-between can feel disorienting, lonely, and full of uncertainty.

Therapy during transitions is about creating stability inside the uncertainty. We'll clarify your values, identify your strengths, and build a bridge from where you are to where you want to be.

Transitions are the doorways to a new version of yourself. You don't have to walk through them alone.

Traumatic Brain Injury Recovery

Recovering from a traumatic brain injury can be one of the most challenging experiences a person can face. Cognitive changes, emotional dysregulation, personality shifts, and grief over who you were before can make the path forward feel overwhelming.

I bring specialized experience supporting individuals and families navigating TBI recovery — focusing on emotional regulation, processing grief, communication strategies, and rebuilding identity and quality of life.

Recovery is not linear — and you don't have to navigate it alone. Adaptation, healing, and even growth are possible.
