My Approach

I believe healing begins when we are seen as more than our struggles.

I believe you are more than the challenges that bring you to therapy. While it is important to understand and address symptoms, I am equally interested in getting to know you as a whole person—your story, your strengths, the people and experiences that have shaped you, and the things that make you feel most alive.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Together, we'll explore the patterns, wounds, or obstacles that may be keeping you from living the life you want while building practical tools for healing and growth. While therapy often involves meaningful and challenging work, I also believe there is room for curiosity, creativity, and even moments of humor along the way.

No matter what your challenges are, my hope is to help you better understand yourself, live more fully in alignment with your values, and take meaningful steps toward becoming your truest and most fulfilled self.

The Journey Together

From where you are, to where you want to be.

1

Past Experiences

We explore the history that shapes your patterns — with curiosity, not blame.

2

Current Patterns

We identify what's no longer serving you and why those patterns made sense at the time.

3

Insight

Understanding shifts. You begin to see yourself and your story with new clarity and compassion.

4

Healing

With safety and support, the nervous system can regulate, the wounds can soften, and new ways of being emerge.

5

Living Your Values

You move forward — not away from yourself, but deeper into who you truly are.
